What payment methods are accepted?
Wgtcenter accepts the following payment methods: PayPal, credit card and T/T.
How do I pay with PayPal using a credit card?
Payment processing instructions
1. PayPal Express Checkout
1) Click the PayPal button
2) You will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can log in to your PayPal account.
3) Review your order information and click "Continue" to be directed back to our site.
4) Choose your preferred shipping method and then complete your order.
5) Order Completion
a) Guest Orders： We recommend you log in or create a Wgtcenter account for your convenience. You can even link your PayPal account with your Wgtcenter account, eliminating the need to sign in to Wgtcenter after each successful payment.
b) Other Orders
2. Proceed to checkout
1) Click "Proceed to Checkout"
2) You will be taken to the shipping address page to add your shipping address. Click the continue button to proceed.
3) Choose your preferred shipping method and click the continue button.
Why was my credit card/PayPal payment declined?
If you receive a notification that your payment was declined when you place an order, please contact PayPal or your card-issuing bank to resolve the issue. You can also use Wgtcenter's Live Chat for help. If we can resolve this issue in-house, we will be happy to help you complete your order.
When payment page displays an error, what should I do?
If the payment page displays an error, please use Wgtcenter's Live Chat service or send a message to us.Our support team will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
